PAYMENT & PRICING
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and yes, Diners Club. We also accept payment through PayPal Express Checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We're a very small team, but we work to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 2 business days of the order being placed and should arrive 2-3 days later. If there is going to be any delay on top of this, we'll let you know ahead of time.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150+.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We're happy to exchange or refund your order for any reason. If you're not happy, above all, let us know. Unfortunately, clearance items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
If there is not a defect with your item (you just need a different size or don't like it), we ask that you pay for postage to mail it back. If there is a defect with a product contact us and we'll cover all the costs.
Note: We extend our return window during the holidays. Any items ordered in November or December are eligible for return or exchange thru January 15.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, we are sadly no longer able to issue a standard refund or exchange. Please contact us to work out an alternate solution in this case.
