Returns / Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges are accepted for 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Returned products must be unworn and undamaged.
Clearance Items and Pre-Sale Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you don't have a receipt or order number, contact us before starting an exchange.
In your package, we included a Return / Exchange Card. Just fill that out, include it with your product and mail it back to the address below.
As soon as it's received, we'll process the return or exchange.

No, online orders must follow the online order return process and cannot be brought to the State Fair for a return or exchange in person.
We cannot offer refunds for products purchased in-person at the Fair, but we can offer size exchanges.
Complete the Return/Exchange Form and mail it back to us with your unworn, undamaged products within 30 days of purchase.
Order Updates & Issues
No problem, if your order hasn't shipped out yet, it's easy to get it updated.
Just reply to your order confirmation email or use the form below if you can't find it.
Be sure to include the name on the order and order number.
If you need to update your shipping address, include the full new address in your message.
Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with tracking info for your package.
(The email subject line is "Your USI Shipment is on the way!")
It may take up to 48 hours for your package to start moving through the mail system and for the tracking info to get updated.
If you've received a tracking number but it hasn't updated in 5-7 days, let us know by replying to your order confirmation email or using the form below.
Since it’s been marked as Delivered, your best bet is to contact the shipping provider with your tracking number and see if they can help you track it down.
You can find the provider and tracking number in your delivery confirmation email.
Also, check with neighbors if possible to make sure it didn’t get delivered to the wrong door.
If you still need help after talking to them and it doesn’t turn up in a few days, just let us know and we’ll find another solution. Thanks!

Product Questions
Our tees run pretty true-to-size and don't shrink much.
100% cotton tees will shrink more than cotton/poly blends.
On each product page, you can find a size chart and fabric info.
Our favorite tee brands are Next Level and Comfort Colors, although we use others from time to time.

If the item you're ordering is 100% cotton, it will shrink just a little. Otherwise, it won't shrink at all.

We recommend washing your items in cool water, inside out, with like colors to best preserve their look and feel.
Yep, all our stickers are made to be used outdoors, so they're ready for sunlight, moisture and extreme temps.
