My order hasn't arrived. How can I check the status?
Once your order is packed up, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number to track your package. If you haven't received that email, it means we're still working on getting your order together. If we run into any delays beyond our 1-2 day shipment window, we'll let you know right away.
If you have your tracking number, but it looks like there's a problem, just let us know.
We're a very small team, but we work to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 2 business days of the order being placed and should arrive 2-3 days later. If there is going to be any delay on top of this, we'll let you know ahead of time.
Help! I need my order sooner. Is that possible?
If you're worried about getting your product in time, just shoot us a message to let us know what you want to order and when you need it. We'll try to respond right away and find a solution to make it work.
I want to rep Indiana outside the country. Do you ship internationally?
We love shipping USI products around the world, so we're happy to offer international shipping. Shipping is $10 for all international orders. If the don't see the country you need in the dropdown menu during checkout, we just need to enable it in our system. Shoot us a message and we'll take care of it.
