I need to return or exchange a product I received.

That's no problem. We're happy to refund or exchange any unused items within 30 days of them being delivered.
Just fill out this form, mail it back with your item, and we'll get it taken care of.
Note: Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

My order was marked as Delivered, but isn't here.

Since it’s been marked as Delivered, your best bet is to contact the shipping provider with your tracking number and see if they can help you track it down. You can find the provider and tracking number in your delivery confirmation email.
Also, check with neighbors if possible to make sure it didn’t get delivered to the wrong door.
If you still need help after talking to them and it doesn’t turn up in a few days, just let us know and we’ll find another solution. Thanks!

I received a damaged or incorrect item.

Sorry about that! Just contact us and we'll get it taken care of.

My order hasn't arrived. How can I check the status?

Once your order is packed up, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to track your package (check your Spam/Promotions folder). If you haven't received that email, it means we're still working on getting your order together. If we run into any delays beyond our normal shipment window, we'll let you know right away.
If you have your tracking number, but it looks like there's a problem, just let us know.

I need to change the shipping address on my order?

No problem, just contact us and we'll get it changed if your order hasn't already shipped.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We're a small team, but we work to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 2-3 business days of the order being placed and should arrive 2-3 days later. If there is going to be any delay on top of this, we'll let you know ahead of time.

Help! I need my order sooner. Is that possible?

If you're worried about getting your product in time, just shoot us a message to let us know what you want to order and when you need it. We'll try to respond right away and find a solution to make it work.

I want to rep Indiana outside the country. Do you ship internationally?

We love shipping USI products around the world, so we're happy to offer international shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If the don't see the country you need in the dropdown menu during checkout, we just need to enable it in our system. Shoot us a message and we'll take care of it.


I don't know what size to order. Where's your size chart?

Most of our product descriptions have link to individual size charts for that item, or you can view our full sizing guide here:

How should I wash my shirt? Will it shrink?

If the item you're ordering is 100% cotton, it will shrink just a little. Otherwise, it won't shrink at all. (You can find the fabric type in the product description).

We recommend washing your items in warm water, inside out, with like colors to best preserve their look and feel.
