I don't know what size to order. Where's your size chart?Most of our product descriptions have link to individual size charts for that item, or you can view our full sizing guide.
How should I wash my shirt? Will it shrink?If the item you're ordering is 100% cotton, it will shrink just a little. Otherwise, it won't shrink at all. (You can find the fabric type in the product description).
We recommend washing your items in cool water with like colors to best preserve their look and feel.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and yes, Diners Club. We also accept payment through PayPal Express Checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all orders over $25!If your order is under $25, a flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied.
How long will it take to receive my order?We're a very small team, but we work to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 2 business days of the order being placed and should arrive 2-3 days later. If there is going to be any delay on top of this, we'll let you know ahead of time.
Help! I need my order sooner. Is that possible?If you're worried about getting your product in time, just shoot us a message to let us know what you want to order and when you need it. We'll try to respond right away and find a solution to make it work.
I want to rep Indiana outside the country. Do you ship internationally?We love shipping USI products around the world, so we're happy to offer international shipping. Shipping is $10 for all international orders. If the don't see the country you need in the dropdown menu during checkout, we just need to enable it in our system. Shoot us a message and we'll take care of it.
Oops I messed up. How do I change the shipping address on my order?No problem, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it changed.
My order hasn't arrived.How can I check the status?Once your order is packed up, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number to track your package. If you haven't received that email, it means we're still working on getting your order together. If we run into any delays beyond our 1-2 day shipment window, we'll let you know right away.
If you have your tracking number, but it looks like there's a problem, just let us know.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We're happy to exchange or refund your order for any reason. If you're not happy, above all, let us know. Unfortunately, clearance items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, we are sadly no longer able to issue a standard refund or exchange. Please contact us to work out an alternate solution in this case.
If you do opt for an exchange or refund, include our Return & Exchange Form with the item, so we know exactly what you need once it arrives.
