Returns / Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges are accepted for 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Returned products must be unworn and undamaged.
Clearance Items and Pre-Sale Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you don't have a receipt or order number, contact us before starting an exchange.
In your package, we included a Return / Exchange Card. Just fill that out, include it with your product and mail it back to the address below.
As soon as it's received, we'll process the return or exchange.

Yes, you can return an online purchase to our retail store if the order was placed in the last 30 days.
If you have an order number / confirmation email:
We can provide a refund to the card you used when ordering online, or an exchange for other products in-store.
If you don't have an order number:
We can provide an exchange for products in-store equal to the current price of your returned item.
If you've got a gift receipt or order number, you can exchange your product for a different size or another product of the same cost.
Complete the Return/Exchange Form and mail it back to us with your unworn, undamaged products within 30 days of purchase.
We cannot offer returns/refunds for products purchased at events, but we can offer size exchanges.
